Welcome to WordCamp Portland!
WordCamp Portland is a conference that focuses on everything WordPress. It’s an informal, community-organized event that is put together by WordPress users like you. Everyone from casual users to core developers participate, share ideas, and get to know each other.
This is our 6th year running and we’re looking forward to a great event once again. Over the next few weeks we’ll be adding more information about tickets, speakers, sponsors, and how you can get involved.
Contributor Day
Contributor Day this year is located at the Lincoln Building, with access from 208 SW 5th Ave.
Schedule
We have a great day planned with lots of WordPress learning. You can find the full details on our schedule page which will be updated later with the unconference sessions as well.
Food and Drink
Lunch will be served at noon in the courtyard area. You’ll enter from the main lobby area. Vegan food will be served indoors in the main lobby area. Vegetarian food will be in the courtyard and labeled as such. Please take the food that you chose when registering.
Beer will be served as well. You need to have you ID. Really, we can’t serve you without it.
Afterparty!
After we wrap up WordCamp Portland, we invite attendees to walk or take the streetcar a few blocks over to Momo’s (725 SW 10th Ave) for an informal afterparty starting around 5:30pm. Join fellow WordCamp attendees to socialize, network, relax, and wind down from a great day of WordPress’ing.
Given the current weather forecast, we should be able to take advantage of Momo’s nice patio area behind the bar (as well as some inside seating).
A drink ticket will be provided to WordCamp attendees. A big thanks to our sponsors for their support of WordCamp Portland! Of course you’re welcome to purchase food and/or additional drinks on your own.
